  •  Our split-seam, butted-seam tubular stamping technology requires NO TOOLING COST.

    • Baker Stamping designs & builds the mandrel tooling in-house.    

  • We can provide production intent split-seam tubular samples in a matter of weeks.    

  • Once the split-seam tubular product is approved and in-production, Baker Stamping can build product to your firm and forecasted production schedules.    

  • We work closely with each our customers to develop a smooth JIT/KANBAN production-delivery system—minimizing our customer’s inventory carrying costs.

TOLERANCE RANGE OF SPLIT-SEAM TUBULAR COMPONENTS:

  • Inside Diameter:  +/- .005” to .010” (.127mm to .254mm)

 In 2008, Baker Stamping also purchased multi-slide stamping machines to complement our split-seam tubular capabilities. 

  • US Baird #35 Machines

  • Tooling Sources are Local to Baker

  • Typical Tooling Lead-Time is 8-10 weeks.

  • Baker has an Excellent Tooling Preventative Maintenance Program

  • Quantities range from 5,000 pcs. to millions.
